Made a great diagnosis today at work. A young girl with SOB, fatigue, and palps. She has a sinus venosus atrial septal defect. It felt good.

Still, the day was dominated by work. After work I was too tired to do much. Forced myself to get some paperwork, pay bills, etc, but did not accomplish anything legitimate.

Got a home seltzer maker today which is pretty cool.
